Last Saturday was an exciting day for us. Nicholas got to go over to his friend Parker's house to pick out his very own puppy. While picking one out, Nicholas insisted that it be a boy like him. Completely understandable from a boy with two sisters. Audrey on the other hand, insisted that it be black, NOT yellow. What she thought was wrong with the cute yellow ones, I have no idea. Anyway, Nicholas loves his new puppy and has decided to name him Scout. Thanks Chuck and Kristen! You've made one little boy very happy.Wednesday, May 21, 2008
Puppy Love

funny--my son Caleb's first puppy was named scout! we had to leave him in Oklahoma, we miss him so much. umm, have fun having a new child though--they are so fun and so much work!

What a good mom. We have already decided we are telling our kids we are allergic to everything (including fish) so that we don't have to have pets.

Haha, I love it. No more fear of dogs I guess. They both told me all about their new dog at church and Audrey giggled and giggled. Dogs are great, at least we think so!
How cute!!! There is nothing like a little boy and his dog! We are big dog lovers. It's a lot of work but so worth it if you can stick it out during the puppy years.
