Pumpkins Pumpkins Pumpkins

Last Friday we went to the Willis Farm in Snowflake to pick out this years pumpkins...

and to run through the corn maze like crazy people. We completed the course in about 45 minutes without a map, which entitled each of us to a--as Ryan would put it--very expensive candy bar!!!

And, yesterday we finally got to decorate our pumpkins...

Sarah wasn't much for decorating hers, but she loves her "punkin!"

OK the decorating is cute but do tell me that you will carve them. You can't deprive your kids and yousself of all the fun of cleaning and carving pumpkins. We were usually still carving pumpkins as the first trick-or-treators arrived at our house and none of my kids even had on their costumes yet.

I did not know ther was a place like that around here. Our wal mart pumpkins did not last so long...;( It would have been hard with a new one, but next year, watch out Pattersons :) we will race you in the patch. Nick and Kennedy will have a great time together.... You are so cute with all your pics...
